These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Stormace B.V. ("Stormace," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the Stormace mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Stormace uses phone-based OTP (One-Time Password) authentication. You must provide a valid phone number that you own. We do not support social login to prevent misuse.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile. Impersonating another person or creating misleading profiles is strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Stormace ("User Content"), including photos, videos, text posts, and messages. By posting User Content, you grant Stormace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except where your content has been shared with other users and they have not deleted it, or where we are legally required to retain it.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms. Feed posts and shared content are subject to automated and manual content moderation. Private messages are end-to-end encrypted and are not monitored by Stormace.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. Stormace does not endorse any User Content and is not liable for any content posted by users.
Messages and heart letters sent through Stormace are protected by end-to-end encryption (E2EE). This means:
Stormace offers optional premium subscriptions (Premium and Premium+) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Stormace offers consumable in-app purchases (Heart Letter packs, Like Reveal packs, Super Like packs, Highlight credits). Consumables are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
Refund policies are governed by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms. Generally, in-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Stormace does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including matches, connections, dates, or relationships. The matching algorithm considers factors such as shared hobbies, location proximity, and user preferences, but results may vary.
While we take reasonable measures to promote safety, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly recommend meeting in public places for first encounters and informing someone you trust about your plans.
You may block and report users who violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. We investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.
The Service, including its design, features, code, branding, and proprietary technology, is owned by Stormace B.V. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate by logging back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your app store.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in behavior that harms other users or the Service, provide false or misleading information, or use the Service for illegal activities. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stormace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stormace in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the consumer laws of your country of residence.
Before filing a formal complaint, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
